Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
8 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me an 8 hour advance notice, you will be charged 75% of your total time. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. Note: I will text you the day before your appointment to confirm your session.
Moving times on same day appointments:
If you need to move your appointment to a different time on the day we have you originally scheduled, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other clients and myself, please follow the 8 hour cancellation policy previously stated. I greatly appreciate it and your understanding.

Therapist's right to refuse service:
Integrative Massage Therapy is a referral only business. To protect our therapists, we have a right to turn away someone that was not referred. We also have the right to turn away service if a client is being inappropiate or the therapists feel uncomfortable in any way. We are professionals who care about each client in their health and well being. We do not tolerate anything that is inappropiate. After the first offense, the therapist will communicate to stop. If continued, we have the right to end the session and collect the "full" payment. Thank you for your understanding.
